Commercial Roofing Salesperson

Are you an experienced roofing professional with a proven track record in sales?

We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Salesperson to join the Eastern Roofing Systems team!

This role focuses on TPO, EPDM, and PVC, SSMR and BUR projects with some steep slope shingle projects, including multifamily developments.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Experience: 4–20 years in the roofing industry (sales, project management, or related roles).

·       Knowledge: Strong familiarity with commercial roofing systems, especially TPO, EPDM, PVC and BUR.

·       Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals effectively.

·       Customer Focus: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with clients and contractors.

·       Drive: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do:

·       Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers.

·       Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project needs and provide accurate quotes.

·       Present and sell roofing solutions tailored to customer requirements.

·       Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

·       Identify new sales opportunities to grow the business.
