We are in search of an experienced Manufacturing Costing Associate.
This person must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, provide accurate manufacturing quotes, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :
- Learning the manufacturing operation and translating that knowledge into quoting / costing of manufactured products
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- General office administration support
