The Eastern Shore Community Services Board is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Developmental Support Specialist. - Implementing skill-building/training objectives outlined in Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)
- Assisting individuals with daily living skills and personal care needs, including meal planning, cooking, toileting, bathing, dressing, and money management
- Completing required service-related documents, such as individual PCP outcomes, checklists, incident reports, and written support notes
- Transporting ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals safely and securely
- Providing input for and implementing behavioral support techniques as directed
