- Review and process patient data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with billing company to ensure timely payment and resolution of any issues
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based
- Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss patient care and improve overall clinic efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
