Eastern Sports Management is currently accepting applications for Camp Counselors at the Titan Sports & Performance Center. Camp Counselors provide direct supervision of a group of children during day camp. Our staff provide quality experiences and a quality environment for the children and parents. A qualified individual is energetic, creative, professional, patient, and exhibits a desire for working with kids.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
- Create a fun and safe environment for all kids
- Plan, lead, and take part in various indoor and outdoor activities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate weekly and daily activities
- Follow program requirements and standards for safety and cleanliness
- Create and maintain relationships with children and parents
- Communicate effectively with other staff, supervisors, and parents
- Manage conflict and issues with campers across a multitude of developmental stages
- Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel
