LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the NOC shift (6:00pm-6:30am, every 3rd weekend). The LPN will provide high-quality direct care to tenants under the supervision of an RN or AL Clinical Manager, following established care plans and standards. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in the development and modification of tenant care plans.
• Collecting and reporting health data to the RN.
• Assigning and monitoring tasks of unlicensed staff.
  
  

Qualifications include a current Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification.
