Duties

- Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting revenue and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for managing transactions, inventory, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills
- Proven experience in food service management with a focus on quick service fast food restaurants or similar environments.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
