We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehab Clinical Director to lead our dynamic outpatient private practice in delivering high-quality patient care. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management principles. A minimum 5 years of clinical director experience required. The candidate must hold an active PT, OT or SLP license.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Ensure clinical compliance among all staff members regarding licensing and policy requirements to maintain good standing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, administrative and executive meetings.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote the practice.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administration to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Assist in managing regulatory compliance for insurance contracts, monitoring fee schedules, and requesting updates as needed.
- Provide clinical coverage and manage a small caseload to meet all clinical needs.
- Collaborate with the CEO to recruit, orient and train all clinical staff.
