About the RIDE Program
The Regional Initiatives in Dental Education (RIDE) program is a collaboration between Eastern Washington University and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Our mission is to provide access to a high quality, public-funded dental education track that develops dentists who are committed to serving the needs of rural and underserved communities in Washington.
Job Description
- Manage the first and second year RIDE program, reporting directly to the EWU Dean of Health, Science and Public Health and the UWSOD Associate Dean for Regional Affairs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with institutional, state and federal regulations.
- Direct, monitor and analyze the financial resources for the Program.
- Evaluate the performance of faculty and staff members and provide recommendations for improvement or disciplinary action.
