Easterseals Veterans Rally Point (VRP) is a community-based, Center of Excellence designed to provide comprehensive support and wrap-around services for Service Members, Veterans and their families (SMVFs). Our purpose is to empower SMVFs by offering tailored services, including mental health support, employment assistance, enrichment programming, and access to basic needs to facilitate successful transitions to civilian life and promote overall well-being.

You'll oversee daily activities, front desk staff supervision, payment processing, and internal facility communication. What will you do? As our Administrative Coordinator, you will:
Front Desk Operations & Team Leadership:
- Manage all front desk administrative duties including member databases and appointment scheduling
- Lead the front desk team by managing schedules and providing training
- Process payments and handle daily financial closeouts
- Facilitate member orientation, tours, and enrollment processes
Program Support & Communication:
- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate enrichment class offerings
- Manage internal communications about events and updates
- Follow protocols for proper member referrals
- Partner with Director of Military Services on member satisfaction initiatives
Administrative Excellence:
- Oversee donation management and reporting
- Assist in designing and distributing membership surveys
- Maintain safety protocols and procedures
- Complete special projects as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma and minimum 2 years' experience in customer service leadership
- Military experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of administrative procedures and systems
- Knowledge of Easterseals services, especially those for military and veterans
- Demonstrated commitment to serving military community
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Position requires moderate standing and walking with extended periods of sitting for computer work. May occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels typical of conversations and office equipment.
