This integral role will provide administrative support to the President & CEO, Director of Human Resources, and other members of the leadership team while managing Board communications and human resources initiatives.

What will you do?
Executive Support:
- Serve as primary administrative support to the CEO, managing communications, calendar, and travel arrangements
- Manage Board of Directors communications, including meeting preparation, agenda setting, and minutes
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, committees, and company-wide events
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain HR filing systems and ensure accuracy of personnel records
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Support employee training initiatives and track completion
- Assist with employee recognition and engagement activities
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
- Help manage sensitive and confidential matters related to employee relations
Skills and requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience with 1 year HR experience
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various software packages
- Experience with web-based payroll/HRIS systems preferred
- Must have access to personal vehicle with active vehicular insurance for occasional travel between locations
- Ability to attend meetings outside of established working hours when necessary
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
