Position Opening – Center Administrator – Adult Day Health Services

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a strong, dynamic Center Administrator to lead our Adult Day Health Center in Sussex County. This program serves adults with physical disabilities and the memory care population. The ideal candidate will be someone who has comprehensive knowledge of Adult Day Health regulations or an understanding of Day program support services, possesses strong operational skills, positive customer service mindset, organizational skills to help support a seasoned team, and has the desire to be a part of a mission-driven company. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health or social services or related field with 1- year supervisory
experience in related field
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- 2-4 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities/memory care
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and supervise the Adult Day Health team
- Manage marketing of the program
- Maintain a high quality of professional services to meet accreditation and regulatory
standards
- Manage financial operations of the program
- Monitor the daily operations of the center to ensure effectiveness and quality care
Preferred Qualifications:
-Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Adult Day experience
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
This is an on-site, full-time, 40-hour a week position Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.
The salary range for this role is based on experience in the field.
