Easterseals is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst who finds fulfillment in working with toddlers and young children with autism, to support our growing Applied Behavior Analysis Program in Kent County. Work with a team of Registered Behavior Technicians supporting children and families to meet their developmental goals and play a major role in their achievements!
We are looking for full-time, part-time, or contract BCBAs. The compensation for this position is negotiable based on experience. Full-time employment includes guaranteed salary and generous compensation package.
Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children with disabilities
- Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis
- Member in good standing with Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with children and families
- Driving record in good standing for community visits
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
