Position Opening – Center Administrator – Adult Day Health Services
Location: 61 Corporate Circle, New Castle, DE 19720
Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a strong, dynamic individual to take on the role of Center Administrator at our Adult Day Health Services program located in New Castle County. This program serves adults with physical disabilities and the memory care population. The ideal candidate will be someone who has comprehensive knowledge of Adult Day Health regulations, along with exceptional customer service, leadership, and organizational skills. This individual should also have a strong desire to be a part of a mission-driven company. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health or social services or related field with 1- year supervisory
experience in related field
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- 2-4 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities/memory care
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and supervise the Adult Day Health team
- Manage marketing of the program
- Maintain a high quality of professional services to meet accreditation and regulatory
standards
- Manage financial operations of the program
- Monitor the daily operations of the center to ensure effectiveness and quality care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree
- Adult Day experience
This is an on-site, full-time, 40-hour a week position Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.
The salary range for this role is based on experience in the field.
