Key functions of the HelpDesk Level 1 role include:

• Manage Helpdesk tickets timely.
• Install software and make configuration changes.
• Create user accounts and apply base image to PC devices.  
• Establish relationships with users and work with vendors.

Qualifications:

• 2  years’ experience working in a helpdesk environment
• Associates degree in Information Services and/or 4 years prior work experience in computer related field.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environments
• Ability to diagnose and resole basic computer technical issues
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Preferred Skills:
• IT-related Certifications

This is a full-time opportunity Monday-Friday, 8-daytime hours. The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000 based on experience in the field.
