Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore is seeking a Patient Intake
Representative to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy team in Dover, Delaware.
The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent time management and customer service skills. The key responsibilities for this role include entering and verifying new patient information, scheduling appointments, sending and obtaining patient documents, providing front desk reception, and assisting with the operation and maintenance of our outpatient clinic.

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
The salary range for this position is based on experience in the field.
