Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance in the community to adult individuals with intellectual disabilities in individual or group activities in a Prevocational setting.
As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week opportunity Monday-Friday, 12:00PM-8:00PM with the occasional need for 9AM-5PM. The starting compensation for this role is $19.60 hourly. To apply, send resume and cover letter to Alex Older at aolder@esdel.org.
Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
- Must be able to work M-F (daytime)
- Driving record in good standing
- 5 years’ minimum instructional experience in a day program setting
- Demonstrated supervisory experience Preferred Skills:
