TEXT ‘Work4ESGW’ to 773-770-4377 to apply Apply at : www.esgw.org / jobs Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team to administer and / or interpret developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the ongoing development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP). Works collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to develop functional and individualized IFSP outcomes. Participate in the provision of IFSP services as both a Primary Provider working directly with the family and / or Occupational Therapy consultant and EI coach providing ongoing support to other staff members. Serves as an expert in fine motor development, sensory regulation, and behavioral feeding difficulties and all related Assistive Technology. Administers and interprets fine motor and sensory regulation evaluations and assessments and completes Occupational Therapy consultations as necessary. Coaches parents, caregivers, and other EI staff members in the implementation of IFSP services. Works closely with community members to enhance awareness of early intervention needs and services; Under the direction of the Program Manager collaborates with leadership team to establish and execute evidence based program practices and program enhancement activities, and provide ongoing staff training in evidence based best practices. Requirements
- Maintain current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Utah. Physical Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 3-5 years
