This is a homebased position. You will be traveling to clients' homes to work with children aged 0-3 and their parents/caregivers. The starting salary for this position is $68,000, with the opportunity for biweekly bonus incentives.

Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree in Psychology; AND Have a temporary limited license as a Psychologist (TLLP) or a limited license (LLP) or (LP) from the State of Michigan; OR
- Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work; AND Have an LLMSW or an LMSW from the State of Michigan; OR
- Possess a Master’s degree in Counseling; AND Have an limited license as a professional counselor (LLPC ) or an (LPC) from the State of Michigan; AND
- Professional (CMHP) and/or Mental Health Professional (MHP) per the Michigan PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualifications per Medicaid Services
- Applicant must have an Infant Mental Health Certification and possess a minimum Level II Endorsement in Infant Mental Health OR possess a minimum Level II Endorsement in Infant Mental Health. If the applicant is working towards their endorsement, we will help provide a waiver.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides relationship-focused therapeutic services to children ages of 0-3 and their caregivers.
- Responsible for direct and indirect home-based treatment services for children and families.
- Provides individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy, case management, and support services.
- Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families.
- Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services.
- Responsible for maintaining an electronic and paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews and client rights documents.
