Easterseals MORC is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated, dynamic leader to join our growing organization. In this position, you will play a key role in growing and developing our behavioral health services programs in West Michigan. You will oversee a team, delegating work as appropriate, and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration. The Director of Behavioral Health develops and implements strategic plans to grow, maintain, and structure behavioral health services for Easterseals MORC. You will be the visionary leader for the Grand Rapids office and responsible for managing all administrative, clinical and programmatic functions related to services delivered withing the Easterseals MORC West Michigan location.
Must have an LMSW or LPC. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide services in a capacity relevant to behavioral health.
