About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate professionals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support services for adults with mental illness and children with emotional disturbance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses and coordinates care and support services for individuals and families experiencing crisis.
- Monitors progress and coordinates behavioral health and other needed services, including community coordination, outreach, and referrals.
- Maintains accurate electronic records, documenting services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, and rights documents.
- Participates in individual supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers, and develop strategies for better assisting individuals and families.
- Ensures compliance with funder requirements and Easterseals MORC policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Holds an LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, or LPC from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services.
- Meets qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and/or Mental Health Professional (MHP) per the Michigan PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualifications per Medicaid Services.
