We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our All Youth Count program designed to support youth exiting foster care. Come find your purpose and make a valuable and rewarding impact in the lives of others.
The person in this key role will assist youth to access the opportunities, resources, and relationships they need to actualize their potential, and achieve their goals. Work closely with the Program Coordinator to help foster public/private sector partnership, and provide youth with individualized support related to employment, housing, finance, transportation, education, and social health/wellness.
Qualifications:
This position requires Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (counseling, social work, social welfare, social and behavioral sciences, childhood development, education, human development, mental health and human services, psychology, psychology/educational psychology, rehabilitation services, and sociology) . A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance are also required, as well as ability to work a flexible weekday schedule.
Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position.
Compensation: $21.63 - $24.63 an hour, based on experience and education.
