Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Clinician for our ISO program based in Manchester, NH, to provide services to families in the Nashua, Manchester, and Concord regions.
Easterseals ISO program offers intensive support, parenting skills training, supervised family visits and education to children and their families. The program serves children birth-21 years of age that DCYF or DJJS has identified as needing services.
Responsibilities: Clinicians provide therapeutic treatment to clients and their families in individual, group, and family counseling sessions. This includes providing services to individuals with varied behavior issues that may include physical aggression, verbal assault, inappropriate sexual comments, gestures, and/or acts. This clinician will also be responsible for supporting licensing procedures for ISO-level foster homes and working with youths placed in those homes. This clinician will also be responsible for supporting foster parents supporting these youths and recruiting new homes.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible.
2-3 years of related experience is preferred. Experience in working in foster care, supporting foster care youths, and licensing foster homes.
Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and be reliable. Some travel is required.
Compensation: 71,492.00 per year without license, 76,492.00 with license
Hours: Full Time including rotating on-call schedule and attending/coordinating recruiting events for foster homes.
