Our Outpatient Clinical Services Department is looking for a Mental Health Therapist / Clinician to join our Veterans Count team in primarily providing services for couples! Essential Responsibilities
Compensation: Licensed Clinician: $75,000/year

In this role, the successful candidate will provide direct clinical support for clients receiving marriage and couples counseling in office based or telehealth settings.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct each client assessment and submit recommendations for the development of the treatment plan.
- Provide therapeutic treatment to clients and their families in individual and couples counseling sessions.
- Document all counseling sessions, and all other relevant contacts as it relates to the client.
- Develop reports, per appropriate state department, and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, federal or state requirements.
- Provide services to individuals and couples with varied behavior issues that may include physical aggression, verbal assault, inappropriate sexual comments, gestures and/or acts.
- Work with leadership team to provide ongoing training as requested to Care Coordinators and other service providers.
- Partner with other workers to provide clinical supervision as warranted, and be available to answer questions from other Care Coordinators.
- Represent the program at events, including making appropriate presentations and conducting intakes.
- Utilization expected to be approximately 26 billable hours per week.
- Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other licensed degree
- Licensed: LMFT, LICSW, or LCMHC OR License Eligible with one year mental health counseling experience in addition to internship!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: Licensed Clinician: $75,000/year
