We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Farnum team! This individual in this key position will be responsible for direct supervision of all residential instructor staff for the assigned facilities. Responsibilities include:

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Farnum team! This individual in this key position will be responsible for direct supervision of all residential instructor staff for the assigned facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Ensures up-to-date schedules are maintained for residential instructors on each shift including coverage plans for planned and unplanned coverage needs.
- Provides and documents regular group supervision to residential instructors.
- Provides training and guidance to resident instructor staff on medications and the medication administration process, searches, the admission process, shift reports, notes, incident reporting, program schedules and other aspects of the residential instructor role.
- Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, participates in interviewing, hiring, orienting, personnel management and employee evaluations for all direct report positions.
- Ensures physical facilities in assigned program(s) are well-maintained, clean, in good repair and present a professional image both inside and outside of the facilities.
- Identifies systems and procedures needed to ensure smooth operations, implements these systems and procedures in writing and ensures training of personnel as needed so all appropriate staff are aware of these systems and procedures.
- Ensures appropriate systems for searching, handling and storing of client belongings, ensuring client items are tracked effectively, consistently stored appropriately and returned as intended when appropriate.
- Audits medication records and medication documentation routinely; addresses improvement needs with individual personnel as improvement needs are identified.
- Reviews all shifts reports and written shift communication for assigned programs daily; attends shift report meetings when in the building.
- Ensures clients, families, referring agencies, visitors, employees and others are consistently treated with dignity, respect and a high level of customer service.
- Ensures consistent practices following agency policies in management of incidents, accidents, complaints/grievances and customer service concerns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field, OR
- Associate’s degree in related field with five (5) years of relevant experience
- Three (3) years of experience in program operations, program administration or service delivery in a social service/behavioral health/human service or similar setting required
- Recovery Support Worker certification, required
- Provide CRSW supervision
- Experience in directly managing employees
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, electronic health records and use of other technology is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position.
