We are seeking a per diemPersonal Care Service Provider (PCSP) in Rochester, NH to assist individuals in our Homemakers & Health Services program with personal care, bathing, mobility and transfer assistance.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults
- Able to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
