We have immediate openings for 2nd shift Residential Instructors for our Boys Group Home Program.
Easterseals residential facilities provide 24-hour support to youth ages 5-21. Our clinical support is designed to meet the need of our youth with neurological and or psychiatric disabilities and intellectual and behavioral challenges. Children and their families are supported through programs designed to meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities
Residential Instructors provide direct supervision to our clients. You will develop and coordinate activities, provide social and living skill development and training and participate in the implementation of treatment plans.
Qualifications
You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
Compensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 1:30PM -10:30PM

Qualifications
You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:
- An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of experience working with children
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
Compensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
