Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to become full -time Behavioral Health Technician IIs to our clients living with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.
- This position comes with a sign-on and retention bonus of $2000
We are hiring for :
7AM - 3PM, Sunday - Thursday
7AM - 3PM, Tuesday - Saturday
What You’ll Do
The Behavior Technician (BT) supports individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and / or behavioral health needs. Depending on your BT level, responsibilities may include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) II you must have experience working with IDD / Behavioral Health (BH) disorders. We also require the following :
BT 2 : Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or QMHP (trainee), or qualify for QMHP
