Job Overview
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking dedicated professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Under the supervision of a program supervisor, you will help clients develop socially appropriate daily living skills, providing much-needed breaks for families. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training for this entry-level position.
The ideal candidate will possess a heart for serving others, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, they must complete our training curriculum, which includes CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Medication Administration, OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP), Seizure Management, and Core competencies relevant to the position.
