  • Collaborative Care : Work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, co-occurring disorder specialists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
  • Advocacy with Integrity : Champion clients’ rights and preferences, ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.
  • Professional Growth : Receive up to $65 / week for licensure supervision, ongoing training, and career development opportunities.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide individual and group therapy to 4-5 adult clients daily in the community.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and manage client care with the ACT team.
  • Consult and collaborate with community agencies and families to maintain coordination.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Welligent EMR.
  • Offer on-call crisis intervention services as part of a rotating schedule.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW / A, LPC, LMFT / A, LCMHC / A).
  • Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license.

  • Hourly Salary : $52,000 to $65,000 / year | $25.00 - $31.25 / hour, based on licensure and experience
