What You’ll Do
The Program Supervisor oversees the administration and management of center-based services in the REACH Adult Transitional Home, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs. Primary responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of staff, coordination of admissions and transitions, and implementation of day programming. The role also ensures compliance with state licensing, monitors service documentation, and manages claims and revenue collection. The Program Supervisor collaborates with clinical teams, families, and community partners.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must have experience with mental health and I/DD systems of care, a genuine passion for helping others, and proficiency in data programs like Microsoft Excel and Word.
We also require the following:
- Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
- Licensed or Licensed-eligible preferred but not required, or
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human services with a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- 2 years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities, including programming for individuals with significant behavioral needs.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a mental health or I/DD setting. Residential setting is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
