Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Agency Trainer. The Learning and Development team works diligently and with care to support the ongoing training needs of the team.
What You’ll Do
As the Agency Trainer you will be a critical member of the Learning and Organizational Development team at ESPH. The Trainer conducts training sessions for individuals and groups both in-person and virtually, collect feedback from training participants, evaluate training effectiveness and adjust accordingly. The trainer also maintains the training calendar and records of the training participants to ensure compliance with all state, federal and organizational requirements.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
To join our team, you must have in-depth knowledge of different training approaches and techniques and adult learning theories. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to adapt trainings to the needs of the learners.
- We also require proof of high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license, a good driving record and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel to ESPH locations in NC and VA to conduct trainings is required
