Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), a disability services provider in North Carolina & Virginia, is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team we work together to transform the lives of individuals seeking support for intelectual & developmental disabilities, substance-use and mental health challenges.
What You’ll Do
As the Director of Real Estate, you will oversee the development and execution of the ESPH real estate portfolio strategy. This real estate portfolio includes 144 specific properties, both leased and owned, totaling approximately 614,000 square feet. The properties are varied and include office space, clinics, group homes, condos, and apartments. This integral team position collaborates regularly with all levels within the organization and with external partners, e.g. landlords, contractors, vendors and attorneys. Solid knowledge of leases, construction process, and multi-location property maintenance are key areas of required expertise.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Director of Real Estate you must have demonstrated experience in manging a multi-location property portfolio, including managing the full life-cycle of a lease, cost analysis & cash flow projections. We also require:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of real estate or property management experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
