Eastland Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Central Supply and Medical Records Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CENTRAL SUPPLY / MEDICAL RECORDS :
- Order needed supplies for building and residents
- Organize and maintain central supply areas
- Assist customer walk-ins as needed
- Cover other areas of the department and clerical area as needed
- Checking computer for record location, purposes of retrieval and filing
- Schedule resident appointments with nurse
- Keep resident files up to date on floor and in storage
- Input new records into resident files and electronically
- Take residents to and from appointments via the facility van
- Must have a vaild Driver's License
- Must be an STNA
- Other duties as assigned
