Eastland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is now seeking a part-time Floor / Maintenance Tech. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building.This part time position will work 24 hours a week!Responsibilities of Maintenance Tech : Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.).All other duties as assignedQualifications of Maintenance Tech : One Year of Maintenance ExperienceSkills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbingKnowledge of Fire and Life SafetyValid driver's license
