- Providing quality automotive window filminstallation per Eastman's best practices
- Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality
- Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed
- Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes
- High School Diploma is required
- Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
