Join Our Team as a Polymers Process Technology and Pilot Plant Chemical Engineer!

Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Support : Ensure safety and optimal performance of polymer lines. Troubleshoot issues and provide daily technical assistance to ensure reliable and high-quality operations.
- Technical Leadership : Act as the primary technical support, championing safety, environmental, quality, and reliability metrics. Mentor and train engineers and operators, providing strategic guidance aligned with business priorities.
- Process Innovation : Identify and implement process improvement projects. Lead trials related to raw materials, cost savings, yield, quality, and new product commercialization. Generate and implement cost-saving ideas to optimize line performance and reduce costs.
- Scale-up Excellence : Collaborate with stakeholders on growth projects. Plan and execute development trials, collect data, and ensure smooth transitions from pilot to full-scale production.
- Capital Expertise : Drive and coordinate capital projects. Work with operations, planning, and scheduling teams to develop effective designs and communicate project scopes. Train operations teams and ensure successful project implementation.
