Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative and Digital Design Team Leader to inspire and manage our global in-house agency team (located in US, Mexico, and Hyderabad). This role is pivotal in driving innovative design solutions and ensuring that our brand's visual and digital identity aligns with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of communications, creativity, digital marketing, leadership skills, and project management expertise.

As the creative and digital design team leader, you will be responsible for :

• Creative and Digital Strategy Development and Implementation :

Ensure the delivery of impactful creative and digital strategies and projects that deliver desired results.

Consult with internal customers, develop and execute creative and digital strategies that resonate with our target audiences and enhance brand visibility.

Manage the creative process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies.

Partner with Global Brand Director to ensure creatives and digital strategies and implementation align well with the Eastman brand.

Oversee the enterprise digital experience platform (DXP), including ensuring strong digital footprint, development of web strategy, approval of new components, managing the component library, metrics and KPI’s to improve effectiveness, etc.

Leverage data and analytics to drive decision making and optimizations of web and creative work.

Attract, develop and inspire a dynamic team of managers and team members in design, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

Build a highly skilled in-house agency while fostering collaboration cross-functionally.

Evaluate workflow, determine priorities based on strategic initiatives and allocate appropriate number of resources to focus on the most impactful deliveries.

Manage project and labor budgeting.

Direct and manage external agencies, including training on brand guidelines and review of work to ensure it meets brand standards.

Drive and enhance existing agile approaches and methodologies.

Leverage analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to produce content that addresses customer needs and market trends.

Refine workflow of the creative and digital team to gain efficiencies and effectiveness in the process.

Manage escalations and conflicts when necessary.

Proficient at tying design outcomes to product strategy, ensuring that customer experiences are both meaningful and aligned with organizational priorities.

Proven track record of developing and implementing content and communication strategies that drive business growth and establish thought leadership.

Outcome oriented and ability to drive results using data-driven decision making.

Working knowledge and practical experience in Agile project management methodologies and approaches.
