Utilities Division has an opening for an Equipment Operator in their Transportation Services Department.
Job Description:
Provides transportation of materials within and outside the plant site by operating tractor trailers, dumpster trucks, and G.R.D. dumpster trucks. Utilizes the computer dispatch system when relieving dispatchers.
Qualifications:
- Must have current Class A CDL (Hazard Materials Certification preferred)
- Must be able to obtain an Eastman DOT Medical Examiner Certification.
- Must be familiar with basic computer functions such as email & data entry using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Must be able to perform all safety procedures and wear appropriate company provided personal protective equipment as needed/required
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must have a strong work ethic, demonstrating both initiative & professional attitude.
- Must be able to perform the essential elements of the positions with or without reasonable accommodations.
