Role Profile
Location : Hybrid role based in Kingsport, TN (relocation package available)
Eastman is seeking a Market Development Manager for our Specialty Plastics division, focusing on the Consumer Housewares & Hydration markets. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive and sustain growth in assigned market segments. Responsibilities include creating and implementing market plans, monitoring their effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments. The role also involves managing Stage Gate Projects, serving as a marketing subject matter expert, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Accountabilities
- Earnings : Drive variable margin gains by closing new business initiatives.
- Growth : Measure growth by launch effectiveness, projected revenue from Gate 5 launches, and new business from market development and innovation.
- Talent Management : Provide marketing expertise and coaching to teams, and manage personal career development.
