We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily property operations and maintenance tasks.
- Manage resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
- Utilize OneSite software for lease administration and tenant management.
- Support the leasing process by upselling available units and negotiating lease terms.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction.
- Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with residents, vendors, and prospective tenants.
Experience
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is advantageous.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management are essential.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and upsell services or units.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and file maintenance.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and property maintenance issues.
