We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of property management and facilities management, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties that meet their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
- Manage lease applications and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and contract details.
- Uphold Fair Housing regulations in all leasing practices to promote an inclusive environment for all applicants.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
