Position Title: Archery Programs Manager
Location: Easton Salt Lake Archery Center
Reports To: Center Manager
Overview: The Archery Programs Manager will oversee the planning, tracking and executing of high-quality athlete development programs, including Try Archery Events, Basic, Intermediate and Competitive level classes, Coach Certifications, and Seminars. The Archery Programs Manager will work closely with the Center Manager to ensure proper oversight of all center activities to keep the Easton Salt Lake Archery Center functioning efficiently.
Hours: Salary, 40 hours per week including weekdays and weekends.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually, Dependent on Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Archery Program Duties:
- Manage all aspects of center programs.
- Coach and supervise all center coaches in a manner that promotes the Easton Foundation’s vision across all center programs.
- Ensure complete accuracy, orderly and timely use of all areas of the center.
- Maintain program calendar and website’s program page updates in an expedited manner.
- Create weekly staffing schedule for program staff, and coordinate with other Managers to ensure all staffing requirements are covered.
- Provide coaching education opportunities to center staff and participate in the coaching education of all ESDF coaches.
- Work with 3rd party organizations, including but not limited to USA Archery and S3DA, to provide coaching education opportunities in the local area.
- Supervise all marketing for the promotion and advertising of center programs.
- Proficient with customer registration and payment software, including but not limited to program registration, event registration, creation of activities, usage reports and transaction reports.
- Ensuring all ranges are ready for archery programs, including but not limited to classes, camps, open shooting, private lessons, and group events.
- Create and maintain center Program’s budget and create POs for all program purchases.
- Understanding of QuickBooks and routinely check profit and loss statements for correct allocation of revenue and expenses.
- Maintain inventory and quality of all program equipment.
- Travel, as required and approved, to tournaments, coaching or management seminars/meetings as well as other Easton Foundation functions requiring support services.
- Create Facility Rental Agreements with 3rd party organizations for program related agreements.
- Supervise overall cleanliness and organization of:
- Indoor range
- Indoor range shop
- Outdoor ranges
- Assist with facility maintenance as it pertains to programs
Support for Events
- Provide logistical/operational support for Archery related events:
- Provide administrative support prior to and after the conclusion of events.
- Competition field configuration/set-up for tournament needs.
- Operational support throughout duration of archery events.
- Assist with break down, organization and inventory after conclusion of events
- Assist with event registration
- Assist with other items as needed

Key Qualifications & Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills. 2 years minimum
- Archery coaching experience. 2 years minimum
- Archery club management experience preferred
- Possess USA Archery coach certification, Level 4 preferred
- USA Archery judging certification
- Proficiency in facility registration software
- Strong leadership qualities
- CPR, First-Aid, etc., (training provided).
- Be able to safely operate common power and hand tools.
- Must be able to work well with children, adults and special needs persons.
- Must be able to work all scheduled hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and work non-standard hours as needed.
- Social media skills preferred
- Ability to lift targets and other items of a heavy nature averaging 50 pounds in weight and other physical functions as needed.
- Maintain good attendance on the job.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
