The Automotive Sales Associate is the voice of Team Easton and spends the majority of the day on the phone, social media, and working in-person with guests that are seeking a quality pre-owned vehicle. The Automotive Sales Associate will work as the guest's largest advocate and works to ensure that the car-buying process is simple, seamless, friendly, and fun!
POSITION TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone, text and email to determine their needs.
- Work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner. Assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit.
- Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, and work to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget.
- Learn and apply Easton Motors sales training processes and possess adequate knowledge to complete a customer sales transaction.
- Work with the Team to establish leads, develop relationships, and create a strong referral network.
- Utilize CRM software to manage tasks and assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness of store and lot inventory and move vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal for potential and existing customers.
- Handle the activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset.
