This includes maintaining a clean and organized store and lot inventory, moving vehicles on the lot to present a positive curb appeal, and handling activities and interactions throughout the day with a positive mindset. They will professionally greet new and existing customers in person and by phone or text to determine their needs, work with customers seeking financing in a discreet and responsible manner, and assist them to complete all aspects to acquire credit. Additionally, the ideal candidate will maintain knowledge of the entire inventory of Easton Motors vehicles, working to match price and vehicle options with customer needs and budget. This may involve assisting the sales team as they complete the sales process, working with the team to establish guest relationships, and creating a strong referral network.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent sales and negotiation skills. A thorough understanding of vehicles is essential, as is a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with guests. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software is also required. Furthermore, a valid driver's license is necessary, and the candidate must have a driving record that meets business insurability requirements through the completion of an MVR. Finally, the candidate must be 21 or older for insurability purposes, and while a salesperson license is preferred, it is not required.
