What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Easton Neuropsychology and Behavioral Services?
Easton Neuropsychology, a friendly and professional behavioral health practice,, seeks to add to our reception team, with a part-time front desk reception and phone support person.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to work Monday-Thursday, 8:30 to 1:30pm
2. Prior experience in either front desk/reception or in an administrative support position
3. Some prior experience in a healthcare field (strongly preferred)
4. Capable and comfortable performing computer-based work (must be able to learn our electronic health records system, answer emails, work with files and pdfs, etc.)
5. Have some history of longevity at previous employers, volunteer positions, etc. (versus consistent job hopping)
The individual we seek will work in-person, in our Nazareth office. Position will require checking in patients, taking payments, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, taking insurance and demographic information, working in our computerized electronic health record, and associated duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
