We are looking for a seasoned Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our nursing units, working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on assigned shifts

* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing levels
* Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee promotions, transfers, and terminations
Requirements:
* Current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
* Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience
* Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $130,000 based on location and experience
