SALES MANAGER
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will leverage your expertise in strategic planning and customer relationship management to lead a sales team to identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts that align with our business objectives. A chance to become part of the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pool and construction industry, in a multiple tier product offerings, team and project management and sales leadership. Experience in the pool, service and construction industry with proficiency in software tools preferred.
Responsibilities·
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for multiple products to achieve company goals.·
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry experience, market research and networking.·
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.·
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.·
- Manage/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing strategies.·
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.·
- Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.·
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a related industry.·
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives/products simultaneously.·
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.·
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.·
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive growth and enhance market presence.·
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for expansion.·
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels .

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Sales Management
- 3 years' of sales leadership experience in Pool and construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pool industry preferred
- Construction industry preferred
