Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will be supporting and driving the growth of Pool Service Platform Acquisitions. You will leverage your expertise in strategic planning and customer relationship management to lead a sales team to identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts that align with our business objectives. A chance to become part of the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pool and construction industry, in a multiple tier product offerings, team and project management and sales leadership. Experience in the pool, service and construction industry with proficiency in software tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for multiple products to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry experience, market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage / Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with marketing strategies.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
