JOB SUMMARY : Services and maintains a wide array of technology, systems, and infrastructure used by the Operations and Public Safety Departments to perform their duties. Candidates must have basic understanding of Windows PC’s, Microsoft Office, network infrastructure, and low voltage systems. Candidates must possess mechanical ability and have a proficiency with hand and power tools.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBLITIES :
- Perform Installation and maintenance of technology and systems such as cameras, access control, two-way radios, and car counting.
- Cameras – Installs, repairs, and monitors CCTV cameras and infrastructure for problems; both analog and IP
- Digital Signage – troubleshoot and coordinate 3rd party repairs for digital signage
- Call for Assistance System – Monitors, maintains, repairs and installs call for assistance phones around property.
- Car Counters – Installs, monitors, and replaces car counting hardware as needed.
- Installs, runs, terminates, and troubleshoots low voltage and communication cabling including cat5, cat6, and fiber.
- Install and makes basic repairs to emergency vehicle equipment including light bars, sirens, two way radios etc.
- Respond to work orders, service requests and document work completed
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and other documents pertaining to the role
- Possess critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Create safe work areas to protect themselves, co-workers, and the public.
- Willingness to learn and master new skills sets
- Practice positive public relations toward all tenants, loss prevention departments, customers, vendors, contractors, law enforcement, other center personnel, and management.
- Other duties, as assigned by management.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
